Light blue dress with a print of butterfly-air-balloons, butterflies and clouds! This dress has adjustable spaghetti straps and a smocked back panel. There is a back zip closure and is not lined.  The skirt is full and has side pockets. 

96% Polyester 4% Elastane.  Due to smocked backing, there is lots of room in the bust to stretch, the waist will give about 1 more inch of ease.
